The number one priority of the staff at Orangeburg Manor is the happiness and well-being of the residents — after all, it’s their home! Because the Manor is privately owned and operated, we don’t have to go through any corporate red-tape to make things happen. If we see a need for positive improvements in our policies and approach, we simply make the necessary changes, train our staff accordingly, and strive for immediate implementation. And because our staff is onsite and on-call 24/7 — in excess of state requirements — we are able to pay very close attention to the physical and emotional needs of our residents. We willingly listen to and consider the ideas from our residents and their families too. We want to go above and beyond to make this a safe, comfortable and joyful place.
As such, we strive to ensure that the staff at Orangeburg Manor is second-to-none. We’ve had the same owners since the inception of the Manor in 1989, and we are confident in our ability to more than adequately meet the needs of our residents. We have staff onsite and on-call 24/7 in order to make that possible.
